- Processing Time: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 24 to 48 business hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with your order details upon successful placement and a second notification once your order has been dispatched, including the tracking number (where applicable).

3. Shipping Costs

- Flat Rate: We offer a flat rate for standard package sizes within the designated zones.
- Variable Rate: For orders that are exceptionally heavy, bulky, or require specialized handling, shipping fees may be adjusted. You will be notified before dispatch if any additional charges apply.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. You can use this information to monitor the status and location of your package until it reaches your specified delivery address.
5. Important Delivery Notes
- Mandatory Inspection: As outlined in our Return Policy, you must inspect the product in the presence of the delivery representative. HER CARE is not responsible for damages or discrepancies reported after the delivery agent has left.
